Dr. Eghosa
Dr Eghosa Igudia is Director of the POPED research group, and convener of the MINGLE research project. As a multidisciplinary researcher, he applies mixed methods to research in his area of expertise – the informal economy and its broad intersection with inclusive policy, migration, poverty reduction and inclusive growth. He is also interested in inflation, unemployment, and renewable energy.

Dr Nurdilek Dalziel
Dr. Dalziel is actively involved in research on financial services with particular interest in financial literacy, capability and well-being. Dr. Dalziel spent several years working for financial institutions at various levels. She has been leadings various research projects awarded by prestigious organisations, such as Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., also known as BBVA, and Money Saving Expert (by Martin Lewis). Most recently she has been part of a project by Leicester City Council aiming to do a preliminary mapping of in-work poverty and debt in Leicester. Another project Dr. Dalziel is currently leading is understanding the financial capability levels of university students and how universities are doing in promoting their students’ financial well-being.
